Love in the Brain

At the center of the romantic comedy is Bee Königswasser, a young and dedicated neuroscientist who idolizes the mother of modern physics, Marie Curie. In any confusing situation, Bee asks herself: what would Curie do? When NASA offers Ms. Königswasser the lead position on a neuroengineering project, both (Bee and her inner Marie) agree without hesitation. It was a lifelong dream... But the voice of reason will soon become confused and silent, because the black king of this chessboard, the charming Levi Ward, enters the game. A handsome man and a rare jerk, known since graduate school, he made it clear to Bee that he couldn't stand her. And now they will have to work on the project together!

But the word "ambition" seems to have a real root in "Bee." The company of arrogant Levi won't stop her! But even without him, there are plenty of problems. Equipment starts disappearing, and staff ignore her. Support, and then passion, come from the most unexpected side... But even here, Bee faces a difficult choice – at stake is either her dream and life's work, or her heart. And Marie Curie has clammed up. She'll have to deal with everything herself, and let a volatile and completely unscientific phenomenon called "love" into her life.
